The ACG Auxiliary will provide a Family Hospitality Suite for spouses, significant others, and families during the ACG 2020 Annual Meeting, offering a place to relax and unwind, sign up for tours and get visitor information, or just chat with friends.

Family Hospitality Suite Hours:

Saturday, October 24 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday, October 25 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Monday, October 26 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday, October 27 8:00 am – 6:30 pm
Breakfast is available daily from 8:00 am — 10:00 am


ACG Auxiliary-Sponsored Tours

Belle Meade Plantation Tour

Saturday, October 24, 10:00 am — 1:00 pm
Cost: $45 ACG Auxiliary Member | $55 Non-members

Join us for a tour of Belle Meade Plantation on Saturday, October 24th! Attendees will participate in a 45-minute guided tour of the 1853 Greek-Revival Mansion and learn about the history of the Belle Meade Plantation, told through the eyes of the Harding and Jackson families and the skilled laborers who worked to make the planation America’s premier Thoroughbred Horse Farm. After completing the 45-minute tour, the group will enjoy a complimentary wine tasting, and will have some time to explore the eight historic buildings on site, including an 1800’s Carriage House and Stable. Belle Meade also has plenty of shopping options, including their gift shop with locally handmade pottery, jewelry, and gifts, as well as their Coop N Scoop, which features ice cream and homemade fudge.
