Hybrid Options
What is a hybrid conference?
The ACG 2025 Annual Meeting will take place October 24-29 at the Phoenix Convention Center. The meeting offers registrants the option to attend in-person, participate virtually, or do a combination of both.
In-person attendees will have access to all elements of a traditional ACG Annual Meeting plus content on the Conference Platform (based on course registration).
Virtual attendees can use the Conference Platform to watch livestreamed educational sessions during the conference dates (based on course registration).
Both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to presentation slides and recorded sessions via the Conference Platform (based on course registration) until March 31, 2026. After that date, presentation slides will remain accessible through the mobile app.

Can I register for both in-person and virtual attendance?
ACG offers flexible registration options for the conference. Whether selecting in-person or virtual registration, pricing is the same. Registrants can choose to attend some courses in person and others virtually.
For example, you can register as a virtual attendee of a Friday course and watch its livestream that day, and you can also register as an in-person attendee of the Monday-Wednesday Annual Scientific Meeting, and attend the sessions delivered live in Phoenix.
Both registration options include access to presentation slides and recorded lectures on the Conference Platform until March 31, 2026 (based on course registration).
Conference Platform
What is the Conference Platform and when does it open?
The ACG 2025 Conference Platform opens in June.
The Conference Platform is a comprehensive site providing registered attendees with access to livestreamed sessions, recorded presentations, presentation slides, and networking tools. Non-logged-in users can browse the event schedule, view exhibitor lists, access informational materials, and register for sessions. Full functionality requires logging in with a registration account.
Registered attendees – both in-person and virtual – should set up their platform account before the meeting. While anyone can view the site without logging in, you must be logged in with your registration number to watch livestreamed sessions, view slides, or connect with other attendees.
Using your Conference Platform account lets you curate your personal meeting experience – Plan your schedule by selecting presentations, abstracts, special events, and Exhibit Hall booths to visit.
What will be livestreamed, and who can watch?
Starting October 24, select sessions will be livestreamed from Phoenix each day and available to watch on the Conference Platform. You must be logged in to the Conference Platform using your ACG 2025 registration order number. Livestreamed sessions cannot be watched with the mobile app.
All in-person educational sessions – including those not livestreamed – will be recorded and added to the Conference Platform 10-14 days after the meeting. Recordings can be accessed until March 31, 2026. (Note: Postgraduate Course Learning Luncheon Bonus Sessions and the Annual Scientific Meeting Bonus Sessions are pre-recorded lectures, available for separate purchase.)
What will be recorded? When will recorded presentations be available to watch on the Conference Platform?
All in-person educational sessions – including those not livestreamed – will be recorded and added to the Conference Platform 10-14 days after the meeting. These recordings will remain available until March 31, 2026.
Both in-person and virtual registrants will have access to recorded presentations, based on their course registration. Pre-recorded Bonus Session presentations, including the Postgraduate Course Learning Luncheon and Annual Scientific Meeting Bonus Sessions, will be accessible shortly before the meeting for attendees who purchase these sessions. Recordings will remain available on the Conference Platform until March 31, 2026.
