ACG 2024 Registration Fees
ACG is offering flexible registration options for this year's hybrid conference. Registrants can choose to attend in-person in Philadelphia, participate virtually, or select a combination of both. Pricing is the same for all courses, whether selecting in-person or virtual registration.
Both in-person and virtual registration includes access to presentation handouts, slides, and recorded on-demand content (based on course registration) on the ACG 2024 Conference Platform until March 31, 2025. Virtual registrants will use the Conference Platform to watch the livestreamed sessions during the conference dates. (Note: On-demand recordings and presentation slides from the ASGE Endoscopy Course will only be available via ASGE's GI Leap.)
BUNDLE AND SAVE! Register for two or more paid courses and receive a 10% discount on your registration fees. The Postgraduate Course and Annual Meeting Bonus Sessions do not count towards the bundle discount.

CANCELLATION: Written notice of cancellation and requests for refunds must be sent to registration@gi.org by Wednesday, October 2. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Registration cancellations are not accepted by telephone. There will be a $50 administrative fee assessed for cancellation of paid events. Refunds will be issued after the meeting. Registrations can be modified/changed at any time without penalty. This includes changing from in-person to virtual registration and vice versa.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): Attendees at ACG 2024 who need additional reasonable accommodations or who have special needs should contact the ACG office at registration@gi.org no later than Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
*You must register for the Postgraduate Course in order to purchase the optional Learning Luncheon Bonus Sessions package. In-person attendees will have the ability to select one in-person luncheon to attend per day (Saturday and Sunday), as well as access to all 24 learning luncheon bonus session recorded lectures through the ACG 2024 Conference Platform. Virtual attendees will have on-demand access to all 24 learning luncheon bonus sessions through the ACG 2024 Conference Platform.
**The ACG Virtual Access Pass will be offered as a virtual-only option for registrants who are unable to join us in-person in Philadelphia. The ACG Virtual Access Pass includes virtual access to the following courses: GI Pathology and Imaging Course, What's New in GI Pharmacology Course, Practice Management Summit, Postgraduate Course, Postgraduate Course Optional Learning Luncheon Bonus Sessions, Annual Scientific Meeting, and the Annual Scientific Meeting Bonus Sessions. Please note, the ACG Guide to the Guidelines Course is not included in the ACG Virtual Access Pass.
***The ACG Virtual Access Pass + ASGE includes all courses offered in the ACG Virtual Access Pass with the addition of the ASGE Endoscopy Course. Please note, the ACG Guide to the Guidelines Course is not included in the ACG Virtual Access Pass + ASGE.
